Over the weekend we took our girl out on the road to one of the biggest VW meet ups in Australia, The Berry Blast!

Berry is a bustling town in the Shoalhaven region of the NSW South Coast,  located around 145 km south of, Sydney. It’s a charming small town, with loads of shopping and gourmet food. There is always plently of festivals and fairs going on in Berry, there is never a dull moment.

The Berry Blast was at the Berry showgrounds along side the famous Berry Country Fair – Markets stores and VW’s side by side!

We stayed the night before free camping at Gerringong, right on the beach and early Sunday morning we made our way to Berry!

Rocking up we start to see the signs for the VW show and follow a few Bay Window’s into the field! We spot Lee with her multi coloured Beetle and Kat with her award winning Type III, Thelma behind us! It’s getting exciting already!

We are directed into position and the show begins! There had to be over 250 VW’s in show – all different and beautiful in their own way.  We enjoyed the day chatting to people and showing off Etta, who seems to be getting quite the reputation.

On our way home we found ourselves in a Coal Coast Komvoy back up the coast! Us along with @summerofseventyfive, @old_mate_borgey, @thebullibus, @79mangobus – cruise back up the coast via Shoalhaven Heads for a beer and an impromptu photo shoot! Five beautiful orange buses cruising up the highway! Wunderbar!
